Any specific number of users shall view a resume or that any specific user will view it. 

Our policy for privacy is as under : 

For each visitor to our web pages, our web server automatically recognizes the visitor's domain name and e-mail address (where possible). The information we collect is used to customize the content and layout of our page's for individual users; notify users about new job opportunities and updates to our web site; and, only with the user's permission, shared with employers, and other reputable organizations with products or services which may be of interest to job seekers. All users are provided with the opportunity to choose whether or not they will allow NaRaDmUni.com to share their contact information, including telephone, fax, address and email address. 

Other Terms and Conditions : 

• We will be entitled to 50% of your first month’s salary, within 36 days of your joining. (Depending on the ORGANIZATION & status of the CANDIDATE)
  
  

• We will not be held responsible for your job / company.
  
  

• We will arrange for a minimum of 6 (six) interviews, in a year, please note that the placement will be entirely your responsibility.
  
  

• If our dues are not cleared within 36 (thirty six) days of joining, a penalty of Rs. 100.00 per day will be chargeable.
  
  

• You will be required to give us a post dated cheques for the 50% of your monthly salary at the time of receipt of the offer.
  
  

• If you are found working with the company provided by us or via direct contact through any mode of astalavista i.e. websites, etc., or if you approve a job offer and reject the same within 7-10 days, with or without our knowledge, you will be penalized to the extent of your full one-month’s (30 days) salary, not be given any further calls and thereafter your name would be deleted from our database.
  
  

• Special Limited Offer: If you get us above 04 candidates (friends / relatives, etc.) you can avail of a 10% - 25% discount on the 50% total amount of your first months salary and if you would get us over 8 candidates (friends / relatives, etc.) the entire 50% would be waived off, additionally you would get a refund of Rs. 100.00 for every 4 candidates you give us who enroll.
  
  

• All Fees / Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE (Under any given circumstances).
  
  

• This Registration / Agreement is for a period of One Year. Either party can terminate for any reason at any time by writing to each other exclusively.

Unless otherwise stated, copyright or similar rights in all material presented on the site, including graphical images, is owned by NaRaDmUni.com, Kolkata West Bengal, India.

Force Majeure : 

Naradmuni.com, shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the site irrespective of the cause or any contingencies arising our of natural or forceful or governments enforcement. 

Indian Law :

The agreement will be governed by Indian Law. The Indian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement. The jurisdiction for the same would Kolkata (India)
